Surga99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and surga99 ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering for or using any surga99 service, you agree to fully comply with all provisions set out in this document.

In this document, "Platform" refers to the surga99.ws website and all digital services operated under it. • Bank account or e-wallet details used for withdrawals must be registered under the same member's name.

All financial transactions on surga99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. Foreign currencies are not accepted and will not be processed by the surga99 system.

Accepted payment methods on surga99 are: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All payment methods must be registered under the same name as the surga99 account holder.

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. surga99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times may be longer during Malaysian public holidays.

All bonuses offered by surga99 — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, VIP bonuses, and any special promotions — are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each offer.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of RM 100, you must place a total of RM 1,500 in wagers before the bonus can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonus validity is 7 days from the date of credit, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• surga99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud involving the member.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and carry no cash value until wagering requirements have been met.

• Requesting additional identity verification documents (KYC) before processing high-value withdrawals.
• Declining registration applications without being obligated to provide reasons to the applicant.
